The Jesus Musical by Barbara Speicher focuses on the life of Jesus Christ and His purpose for coming to earth. This dynamic and biblically accurate work brings to life the Gospels and re-imagines the timeless teachings of Christ’s message for contemporary audiences. The musical was created for all ages to appreciate and enjoy, and is designed for church ministries, worship teams, youth groups, schools and/or other performing arts ensembles to perform (ages 12 and up).

The Jesus Musical (1hr 56min) includes 18 scenes, 18 songs in various genres (ballads, pop, gospel, country, blues, spiritual, classical, hip-hop) and over 26 characters (which can easily be played by a cast of 11). The musical — script and song — are entirely written in rhyme and can be rapped and/or sung (ala Hamilton). The package download includes the copyrighted script, original cast audio recordings, instrumental/scored backing tracks, sheet music and other visual media production assets.
